   Image Type:   ARM Linux Kernel Image (gzip compressed)
   Data Size:    670137 Bytes = 654.4 kB
   Load Address: 00008000
   Entry Point:  00008000
   Verifying Checksum ... OK
Image at 50160000:
   Image Name:   RAM DISK
   Image Type:   PowerPC Linux RAMDisk Image (gzip compressed)
   Data Size:    2795583 Bytes =  2.7 MB
   Load Address: 00000000
   Entry Point:  00000000
   Verifying Checksum ...    Bad Data CRC
OK

     How to fix this abvoe CRC problem. i tried 2 or 3 three times after
flash erase but same result

Is it really true, you try to use a "PowerPC RAMDisk Image" together with an 
"ARM Linux Kernel Image" ?

Which platform is your target, ARM or PPC, big or little endian ?
