Evny24HT chip is supported in our CVS (MidiMan Revolution 7.1 uses this
chip). I don't know about the specific information for the Waveterminal
129M soundcard. It is not usually difficult to do the reverse engineering
and collect a schematic how is the envy chip connected with the I/O chips
using a simple voltmeter.

I think that the card is green in the matrix, because we have
documentation for the master (envy) chip.

Hi,

Frank Neumann of the linux audio devel list has been kind enough to send
the email address of the contact he made at Musikmesse 2002, this is the
guy who sent the Wamibox code over (http://eca.cx/lad/2002/06/0167.html)
its jeypREMOVETHIS@egosys.co.kr

I suggest that if we dont recieve a response from your earlier email to
egosys we should try this guy.

regards,

Chris

I also tried to contact egosys a few weeks ago. I got no answer,
so I didn't buy a WT card.

Bye.

I guess we'll have to see what they decide, but theres a very good
'commercial' argument to be had, due to the recent popularity of
stantons final scratch program which runs only on linux and the fact
that opensource apps such as rosegarden are gaining credibility in the
audio production industry. What i mean is its not like were a bunch of
geeks who want to play with some hardware, there is actually a viable
commercial place for pro-audio stuff that supports linux.
