any tool that is also able to configure freeswan VPNs?

try firestarter (http://firestarter.sourceforge.net) for iptables. also, RH
has a built in firewall configuration tool but its not as robust as
firestarter.
and try webmin (www.webmin.com) for freeswan, and also iptables. it's web
based, and very functional.
