[PATCH]: mv .NETLINK.test .NETLINK-test

Hi Harald, all.

Slight bug in the 1.2.8 rev, .NETLINK.test should be .NETLINK-test
following patch fixes it, but would be easier to do mv, cvs delete, cvs
add.

Apologies if this is fixed in CVS.
