Hi Marcel,
I looked through my keyboard because of hotkeys and find out, that
StandBy button is not recognized well - xev doesn't return key code.
Stand by

This means report id 03 with the value 02. I thought my Microsoft spits out a message in the syslog when I press the standby button, but I don't have it handy right now. I have no idea, because I never used any of the multimedia keys. I still use my ten years old Microsoft Natural Keyboard and the most cutting edge feature of it is the PS/2 adapter ;) Maybe you should play with the hotkeys program, or write a patch for bthid to create another input key code. You wrote in this mailing list, that you have Microsoft BT set? > > Maybe you should play with the hotkeys program, or write a patch for > bthid to create another input key code. LinEAK supports Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard which has the same look like = my=20 Microsoft BT keyboard. I'll try get it to work and then send you if yours=20 mapping is the same as Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard and if not, I'll send you patch.
