Can you try doing the following:

1) Open arch/i386/kernel/time.c
2) Find sysdev_class pit_sysclass
3) Change 

.resume = time_resume,

to

// .resume = time_resume,

4) Rebuild the kernel

You'll need to change your resume script to do a hwclock --hwtosys once
the system comes back up. If this works then it's the same problem that
I have - I have no idea what's causing it.
