Does anybody know if the SELinux book[1] from Oreilly is based on
the new 2.6 kernel implementation?

Well, it looks like it is based on 2.6. The sample chapter on O'Reilly's site
shows the following example grub setup:
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.4-1.305 ro root=LABEL=/ enforcing=1
Yeah, I'm looking forward to checking that book out myself.
Have a good one,
-Eric

Hi,
yes, i have checked it, itz more on usage of selinux and the policies
rather than architecture of flask and its implementation.
but, it does talk about the recent changes in policy structure and all.
as per my knowledge there is not good document on selinux 2.6
implementation.

actually more than that .. after reading the book you can not only
understand the policies but write your custom stuff ... and also
understand how kernel intercepts these security calls (but this info is
not enough for those who want to understand flask implementation)
Thanx
