(XEN) Reboot disabled on cmdline: require manual reset
Is their any way to over ride this?
I will be on the road and don't have the luxury of remote reset
capabilities.
Regards,
Ted

Take the 'noreboot' option from your grub configuration.

If you have serial console access you can type "Ctrl-A" three
times to switch it to Xen, and then hit 'R'
(not sure if it'll work but worth a try...)
cheers,
S.

Try using Ctrl-A (three times) on the serial console, to switch the input to
Xen itself, then 'R' for a hard reboot (or take noreboot off the cmdline so
that it always reboots).

Only the latter will work. The check for noreboot option is in the
common reboot routine. All reboot methods go through that function.
