I just saw this device, which appears to be a network to audio translator.
Understanding that, has anyone looked at this device on Linux. I suspect that
a
general "network" sound driver is needed. Any information on how to get this
(or
devices like it) configured would be really handy.
I suspect the "big challenge" would to get multiple boxes like this working
at once. That is a discussion for another time.
We now return you to the bug reports and other messages on this list. Sorry
for
the interruption.

Where is the Linux driver and/or the hardware specs?

I've seen no Linux driver (the hardware was released in January this year), but
I did send in a note to Linksys asking for technical information, and while
they haven't answered be in full yet, they have "escalated" (their term) to a
higher level. Maybe this indicates some data is forthcoming. I will keep
everyone posted.
