Can someone please post Hg repo usage instructions on
http://hg-mirror.alsa-project.org/?  I am getting tired of explaining it
to newbies.

IMO, we should have a daily tarball for people who don't use (have) hg
on their systems.  In most cases, you don't need to track down the
history but just unpack and compile suffice.

Can we take down the old CVS?  Many users are not aware that it's dead.

I tried it but seems like no change.  The repo appears unremovable.
