When I was ask to do the socket create labeling patch it was mentioned
that an ipccreate labeling patch might also be useful for some use. I'm
not sure who wanted it or for what. But if someone can explain to me
what they want in the way of ipccreate labeling and what the use case
would be it might be something I can look into getting the kernel hooks
for.

For System V IPC objects, e.g. to create message queues in a particular
security context rather than having them always fall into the creating
task's security context.
Then there are POSIX mqueues, but they are handled via a pseudo fs.
