The first release of the SELinux Policy IDE (called SLIDE) from Tresys is
available for download on the Tresys website. Also, there is a sourceforge
project site with screenshots and some documentation.
http://tresys.com/selinux/index.shtml
http://selinux-ide.sourceforge.net/index.php
The tool is an eclipse plug-in that integrates with reference policy and
should hopefully be found useful. It is still under development as this is
just an initial release.
