No.  It's unlikely that any computer would be ably to handle
the bandwdth for that many devices.

I want to have some virtual sound cards (it is necessary for network
terminals). We develop devices (vga, sound out, ps/2 mouse and
keyboard) and for work of a sound it is necessary for me to have a few
(by theory > 8) sound cards.
