Hello Xen Users and Developers,
I was looking for the source code that supports the Live Migration of
guest domains in a Xen driven Node but was unable to find it in the Xen
distribution. Can someone please direct me to the required directory?

Look at tools/python/xen/xend and tools/libxc for starters ...
Grep for migrate.
