Does the following sequence break the box too?

# modprobe xeno_native
# rmmod xeno_native

without running any test (latency, whatever).

NFS and Xenomai are unrelated. The problem seems to be caused by an
low-level interrupt management issue, which may trigger most of the time
with network interrupts. IOW, this could be an Adeos issue with your
hw/sw combo, and specifically an IO/APIC issue.
