For the best scrolling mode, you would want to advertise the driver's
capability with:
info->flags = FBINFO_DEFAULT | FBINFO_HWACCEL_YPAN |
FBINFO_HWACCEL_COPYAREA | FBINFO_HWACCEL_FILLRECT;
