[PATCH] synclink_gt fix transmit DMA stall

[PATCH] synclink_gt fix transmit DMA stall

[Paul Fulghum]

Fix transmit DMA stall when write() called in window after
previous transmit DMA completes but before previous serial
transmission completes.
