I've been using these patches for a few weeks on 3 different routers,
both the AR9102 and AR9103 radio chips. Will these patches make it
into kernel 2.6.29?

2.6.29 is in the "release candidate" stage already, and those fixes are
not regressions. They should appear in 2.6.30.
