Yes, this patch fixes the problem. Tested with v2.6.35-rc7. With above
patch applied, suspend (and resume!) work again with and without
pm_async=0.

Yes, this patch fixes the problem. Tested with v2.6.35-rc7. With above
patch applied, suspend (and resume!) work again with and without
pm_async=0.
