Hi. My name is Jose.

The maya44 (pci) seems to be supported in snd-ice17xx drivers.
But the new maya44e (pci express) is "only" recognized in my system as:

root@debian:/home/co# lspci -vvv -s 04:00.0

I would like to help to make this card work.

Best regards.
Jose.

The ESI PCIe cards use completely different chips:

To quote <http://www.gfec.com.tw/ics.php>:
| PCI driver ready – Linux , Windows

As I wrote in the other mail, I'm not sure what "ready" is supposed to
mean, but it certainly doesn't mean "can be simply downloaded". Try
asking GFEC and ESI.

Regards,
Clemens

I just have took 2 photos of the card, if someone want the photos just
ask me and i will send. The card has 2 main chips (one per side):

ESI ES7010L (pcie connexion?)
TENOR TE7009 (sound)

I have written an email to the GFEC Tenor contact, asking for
documentation of TE7009. Now im waiting for the response.

Clemens, thanks for the links.

Best regards.
Jose.
