[PATCH 1/2] mfd: Group TPSxxxxx power management chips together

Group TPSxxxxx power management chips together and sort in alphabetical order.
This change makes it easier for users to find config options.

[PATCH 2/2] mfd: Group NXP PCF50633* drivers together
