As I already said, the latest version has been integrated in Xen during
the Xen 4.2 development cycle. This means, you can take advantage of
that just downloading, compiling, installing and using Xen 4.2, for
instance from here:
http://www.xen.org/download/index_4.2.1.html
Of course, you can probably start using it also installing the Xen
package from your favourite distribution, provided it ships 4.2, as, for
example, Fedora 18 does:
[dario@Abyss ~]$ rpm -qa | grep xen
xen-libs-4.2.1-9.fc18.x86_64
xen-licenses-4.2.1-9.fc18.x86_64
xen-hypervisor-4.2.1-9.fc18.x86_64
