dev_pm_put_subsys_data() calls kfree() while holding device power lock, when
the reference count is 0. Fix it to call kfree() after releasing the lock.

dev_pm_put_subsys_data() calls kfree() while holding device power lock, when
the reference count is 0. Fix it to call kfree() after releasing the lock.
