This patch adds the scalar load instructions introduced in ISA
V2.07:
- Load VSX Scalar as Integer Word Algebraic Indexd (lxsiwax)
- Load VSX Scalar as Integer Word and Zero Indexed (lxsiwzx)
- Load VSX Scalar Single-Precision Indexed (lxsspx)
