I've applied 1..4, 6 and 7 (with mods to #1 as discussed). 5 and 8 were
lacking George's ack so far. They had Wei's ack but I think we want
George's too.
On that note, please can someone send a followup patch adding a
MAINTAINERS entry, presumably nominating George as maintainer.
