This has been failing for a while now in http://mid.gmane.org/<;
559C26FC.8020902@oracle.com> Boris noted that backporting 1e02ce4cccdc
("x86: Store a per-cpu shadow copy of CR4") also requires backporting as a
fixup 5054daa285 ("x86/xen: Initialize cr4 shadow for 64-bit PV(H)
guests").
Sasha, linux-3.18.y has 1e02ce4cccdc as 63753fac67e1, please could you
pickup the followup fix from 5054daa285 too?.

kernels have picked up the original commit.
