[NVME-CLI] nvme-cli now available via Ubuntu PPA

Hi All

I just wanted to let you know that thanks to an effort by the nvme-cli team that this tool is now available via an Ubuntu PPA (i.e. apt-get install nvme-cli). For instructions on this install method and supported architectures and releases please see [1]. You can log any issues or requests via [2].

Note we are happy to see PRs for support for other distros too!
