[review-request][PATCH] toaster: run bitbake server with --read option

Toaster script run bitbake with --postread conf/toaster.conf.
It turned out that variables set this way don't influence the
build. Changing --postread to --read makes bitbake to read
variables earlier and should fix this issue.

I haven't tried an lsb build, but this seems to fix the issue with
building for machines not provided by the poky layers.
