[PATCH] meta-ide-support: set noexec for tasks

The recipe is to generate an environment script in
do_populate_ide_support for using an IDE, the tasks
listed are not needed, so set 'noexec' for them.

Would "inherit nopackage" help here and simplify this patch a bit?

Ah, sorry I didn't know there is such a bbclass. Yes, it works and simplify the patch.
