This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    Makefile: revert "Makefile: Document ability to make file.lst and file.S" partially

to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

Commit 627189797807 ("Makefile: Document ability to make file.lst
and file.S") document ability to make file.S, but there isn't such
ability in kbuild, so revert it.
