Actually you can skip the part which activate the Tx-delay on the phy
by setting "phy-mode = "rgmii-id" instead of "rgmii"
phy->interface will no longer be PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_RGMII
but?PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_RGMII_ID.
