This bit configures endianness of PCI MMIO devices. It is used by
Solaris and OpenBSD sunhme drivers.
Tested working on OpenBSD.
Unfortunately Solaris 10 had a unrelated keyboard issue blocking
testing... another inch towards Solaris 10 on SPARC64 =)
