Caused an LTP test failure,

madvise02    4  TPASS  :  failed as expected: TEST_ERRNO=ENOMEM(12): Cannot allocate memory
madvise02    5  TFAIL  :  madvise succeeded unexpectedly

While it passed without the above commit
