Any related kernel messages?
What does reiserfsck with no options report?

Thanks,
Edward.

Any related kernel messages?
no kernel messages, filesystem mounted cleanly

What does reiserfsck with no options report?
It says I should try --rebuild-tree

I redirected fsck output to file, it is attached.

So run reiserfsck with the option --rebuild-tree (why not?)

--rebuild-tree simply deleted all wrong files. After all, I moved my / back
to ext3.

Removed or moved to lost+found? I guess if you've already reformatted,
it's too late to tell.

Removed completely. I can't see any files in lost+found.

offtopic in this thread, but still: reiserfsprogs 3.6.19 seems to be the
latest[0] version, right? Can we take the "2003" off the version printout
perhaps? And the (obsolete?) domainname too?

Thanks,
Christian.
