drivers/scsi/scsidrv.o: In function `BusLogic_InterruptHandler':
drivers/scsi/scsidrv.o(.text+0x80f7): undefined reference to
`scsi_mark_host_reset'
make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1
According to a note in the scsi_obsolete.c file, "Once the last
driver uses the new code this *ENTIRE* file will be nuked."
It seems that scsi_obsolete.c has been "nuked" prematurely :)
Regards,
tim

Perhaps the was the hope a preemptive nuke would push the
maintainer / someone who cared about the driver to fix it up 8-)
Randy Dunlap's 2.5 page has a list of the steps needed iirc.

If someone has deleted it I applaud them 8). The scsi_obsolete stuff goes
back to 2.2 era and not enough people have jumped. Time to remind them that
the service they are currently using is four years into its phase out and
now going away
