WARNING: unexpected IO-APIC

I've been having problems getting the IO-APIC working properly.

When I use the 'noapic' flag, everything works fine.  Without it my
on-board ethernet doesn't work (dbecker confirmed it was in
interrupt problem, not a driver problem).

I've found that 'pirq=9,0,0,11,7,11,5,10' will make irq's match
'noapic', but the ethernet still doesn't work.  That double 11 had me a
bit concerned, so I also tried 'pirq=9,0,0,0,7,11,5,10', but that didn't
help.

I'm using a SpaceShuttle SS50 (sis chipset) motherboard.
