Sorry about the HTML+text mails, and multiple copies.
icqmail has just "improved" their services so I cant send plain text
anymore, and cant have incoming mail forwarded back to me.

time to find another way to send mail to alsa-devel (Sending from my
usual ISP is blocked, never have been able to find out why..)

uses "quilt mail" to send mails. Or at least has never documented
clearly how they do it.

I'm not sure why the PRC script did that.  The logs show no good reason 
for it to have sent all those messages.  I have added some additional 
checking code to try and prevent this in the future.
