o llc: fix seq_file support
Thanks to Maciej Babinski for reporting this on lkml.
This one also uninlines llc_get_sk_idx and turns the error message
in snap_init an __initdata.

Hello!
Can I get a pointer to the differences in the two
versions 2.4.9 and 2.4.18 for low level drivers? ( Are
there any? )
I already have a list of differences for the SCSI
subsystem, got that from someone on the scsi list.
Thanks,
Mark
