If people have seen these lines in messages please advice because I
checked it again and this does not appear in messages coming from the

OK, May be but most of mail servers are rewriting headers and may be
ignoring these kinds of headers .... this may be why most of us can not
look at these headers .............

You're using Ximian Evolution:
View -> MessageDisplay -> ShowFullHeaders
Then you can unjoin yourself from the mailing list, just like you joined
yourself originally.

Few people ever see those headers. Having
full headers on is not a realistic assumption,
ESPECIALLY NOT for those (mostly beginners),
who have unsubscribe problems.
