Tried to apply the rc1 acpi patch against rc2 and got a regect on all
items (Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected!  Assume -R? [n])
so it seems that rc2 already has that patch included (from my experience
up to now the new kernel version always has the acpi patch for the
previous one included).
