Thanks to Carsten for reminding me to post here:

I'll also be giving another talk, essentially an evolved version of
what I presented in Tokio last year, at the DFN-CERT congress in
Hamburg, Germany.

CERT should require no explanation, DFN is "deutsches ForschungsNetz",
which translates to "german research network" and is essentially the
german university and research center backbone.
