Hmm.. I cannot reproduce it with your image, strange...
I just recompiled Xen and XenoLinux with gcc 3.3.1 and now even DOM0 panics in
init:
DOM0: INIT: version 2.82 booting
DOM0: Kernel panic: Failed mmu update: c7c7ded8, 1
Domain 0 killed: rebooting machine!
So gcc 2.95.3 yields somehow better results than 3.3.1.
Do you have some ideas what is happening here?
