Do any desktop P4 systems support frequency scaling?

I have a Celeron 2600 family 15 model 2 stepping 9 in a Shuttle SB52G2
XPC.

Are there any confirmed amd64 desktop systems which support frequency
scaling?

AFAIK, desktop P4 systems do not support frequency scaling, only frequency
throttling.
