Is there any reason not to use bugzilla in place of a todo list?
It would, at least:
1. make it easier to find out who, if anyone, is working on a todo item,
2. make it easier to assign oneself to an item,
3. make it easier to add items and
4. make it easier for the "powers that be" to prioritize items.

These are, after all, bugs. Not necessarily show-stoppers, but bugs
nonetheless. I was thinking of a separate, k-j bugzilla and not use
the existing bugzilla.kernel.org copy if you want to keep things
separate.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend using it for patch submission.

Just what you need, one more thing to add to the TODO list.
(Hah! Squashed that joke before someone else got to it.)
