I don't have any "religion" problems with bk, but I also don't see
advantages. I doubt many would want to clone kj-bk tree, as there
is not much improvements (like driver for latest card, or something).
But feel free to show me advantages, I might consider using bk.

As Randy noted, same could be done with patches.
Also note... those trees you mention come from maintainers, but kj
patches need to get TO maintainers.
