Hi !

The subject pretty much summarizes what I'm looking for.

Searching the archives reveals this topic pops up occasionally
(roughly once every 12 month or so).

I have downloaded the documentation at
http://www.math.tu-berlin.de/~sbartels/unitor/unitor8_doc.txt
However I had no success in accessing their CVS as described on
http://www.math.tu-berlin.de/~sbartels/unitor/

For a start I have translated the above german document into
english. I'm happy to share it with whoever might be interested.

Last not least I'm interested in (participating in) creating the
software required for ALSA to support the Unitor8/AMT family of
MIDI devices.

While I have no practical experience with writing ALSA drivers
I'm happy to help testing with my Unitor8.

Provided someone provides some pointers as to how to learn writing
the appropriate drivers I'd be willing to do that as well.

Best,
Michael

Please show the output of "lsusb -v".
