I am running ax25/netrom for DXSpider, with 4 packet ports on 3 tncs via
serial ports. I am experiencing crashes where responses are very slugish if
at all. The only clue I see is in the *top* display on the CPU line.
Instead of the idle percentage being almost 100% it is 0.0% and the *si*
percentage is almost 100%. Can anyone tell me what that *si* figure is and
what it means. I cannot find any info anywhere.

What is your kernel version Tom?
(uname -r will tell you, among other ways.)
