[KJ] What kernel version to patch against?

Hi all,

There are a couple of trivial items on the TODO I think I can knock out.

Against which version of the kernel do I send in patches? The latest
release, the latest pre-release, the latest KJ tree?

either -mm (which is much ahead of Linus' tree) or -kj.

In this case -kj sounds better because it's more likely that you'll see 
if someone else has already done the same.
