Well, I got a response from MOTU. They don't seem to be very interested
in providing any help at all, which is what I was expecting:

Oh, well. Guess I'll have to get my hands dirty. Probably not the best
opportunity for getting my feet wet with Linux drivers, but, eh...I paid
$1000 for this thing, and I'm officially done with MS and Apple.
Appreciate the responses, I'll keep you all updated.
