[PATCH] Check for udev on install.sh using udevinfo

Changes check for "udev", so that it works on debian sid (that does not 
have /sbin/udev anymore).

Changes check for "udev", so that it works on debian (that does not have /sbin/udev anymore).

Tested on Debian Sid and FC4.
